Job Description


Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for a Deburring Technician for their Kalispell, MT location.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Part Finishing:
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metals (steel, aluminum, titanium) and composites.
  • Tool Usage:n
  • Utilize rotary tools, air grinders, belt sanders, files, and deburring knives,
  • Inspection:
  • Inspect parts visually and with tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional specifications.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure components are within tolerances and meet cosmetic requirements.
  • Documentation:
  • Review work instructions, complete travelers/logs, and maintain traceability records.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Usually + years in a manufacturing or production environment.
