Job Description
We have an existing AI automation workflow built using OpenAI API and Make/Zapier. The system
is functional but unstable. We need a technical engineer to review, debug and stabilize the current
setup.
Current Stack
1 Webhook trigger
2 OpenAI API processing
3 JSON parsing
4 CRM integration (Airtable / HubSpot)
5 Slack notifications
Known Issues
1 Occasional malformed JSON responses
2 Intermittent webhook failures
3 Incorrect CRM field mapping
4 Inconsistent AI output formatting
Scope
1 Identify root causes
2 Fix current errors
3 Improve reliability (basic retry handling)
4 Clean prompt logic if needed
5 Ensure stable end-to-end execution
