Job Description
- Lead and manage the Failure Analysis team, overseeing daily operations, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of investigations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-depth failure investigations for field returns (RMA), manufacturing defects, and quality-related issues.
- Analyze and interpret failure data, identify root causes, and prepare comprehensive technical reports for engineering, quality, and customer communication.
- Directly interface with customers, providing timely updates, technical explanations, and RCA findings.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Quality, and Production teams to ensure findings are translated into effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Review and approve FA reports before submission to customers or internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement standard FA methodologies, processes, and documentation to improve turnaround time and analysis accuracy.
