Job Description
- Perform real-time debugging and troubleshooting of server hardware, including motherboards, processors, memory, storage devices, power supplies, and networking components.
- Analyze and diagnose failures using diagnostic Tools, Jigs, Test codes, and other debugging equipment.
- Investigate manufacturing defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in server manufacturing processes.
- Develop and document debugging procedures, failure analysis reports, and corrective action plans.
- Support the implementation of process improvements, test automation, and predictive maintenance techniques to reduce failure rates.
