About the Role

As the Debt Recovery Manager, you will lead and optimise the organisation's debt recovery function across a subscription-based revenue portfolio. You will be responsible for designing and implementing pragmatic, compliant, and high-impact recovery strategies that reduce outstanding arrears while preserving customer relationships. You will manage a small team of debt recovery agents, establish effective processes and procedures aligned to the business model, and play a key role in strengthening cash flow, improving customer outcomes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
