Role Overview

This role is responsible for engaging with debtors via outbound calls to recover outstanding accounts while meeting agreed collection and productivity targets. The position operates within a structured call centre environment and requires professionalism, resilience, and strong communication skills. The role is based in Bellville and follows weekday working hours with occasional Saturday shifts.
