Job Title: Assistant Manager – Debt Capital Market (DCM)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Reporting To: Global Practice Lead

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiner


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of Debt Capital Market (DCM) transactions.
  • Support the DCM team in Government Practice assignments.
  • Manage and maintain the critical DCM data bank and MIS.
  • Prepare financial models, presentations, and transaction documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
  • Ensure timely execution of transactions and regulatory compliance.
