Dean - Undergraduate Programs

Role Purpose

The Dean – Undergraduate Programs will provide strategic and academic leadership across UG programs (BBA, Journalism & Mass Communication, Psychology) and lead the design of a flagship 4-year multidisciplinary undergraduate program. The role focuses on building a future-ready, outcome-driven education framework aligned with NEP 2020 and global liberal education models.

This position requires a cross-disciplinary academic leader with strong execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

• Oversee UG programs ensuring curricular coherence, rigor, and outcome-based learning.
• Drive employability, higher education, and entrepreneurship pathways.

Multidisciplinary Program Development

• Design and implement a 4-year UG program with multiple entry–exit options.
