About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive role to manage quoting, pricing, procurement, and administrative support to drive profitability and efficiency. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills and a sense of urgency.

Quoting & Proposal Management

  • Prepare customer quotations/proposals in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Sales, PMs, and SEs) to gather necessary information to prepare quotes.
  • Follow-up with Sales on quote status (pending/win/loss).
  • Process signed quotes and ensure full coordination of vendor order processing in conjunction with project timelines (work with project managers).

Pricing & Financial Analysis

  • Analyze pricing on quotes, including sell price vs. cost.
