Dealing Representative (Part-Time / Full-Time)

YL Capital is a Vancouver-based asset management firm serving institutions and high-net-worth clients. We offer pooled fund investment products and separately managed accounts. Our approach emphasizes disciplined portfolio construction, rigorous risk management, and a professional client experience.

YL Capital is expanding our client network and looking for entrepreneurial Dealing Representatives who can source and develop qualified client relationships in a commission-only structure (uncapped upside). This role can be part-time or full-time.

What you’ll do

• Build a pipeline through your network, referrals, events, and outbound outreach
• Run discovery meetings and qualify prospects (needs, objectives, constraints)
• Coordinate presentations with our CIO/portfolio team when appropriate
• Drive prospects through onboarding (KYC/KYP, account opening/subscription, funding) with Compliance/Operations
