Responsibilities

• Serve as Nissan’s primary contact for a group of dealerships on Vehicle Sales related topics to deliver business objectives as defined by the Regional Operations Manager.
• Deliver on customer experience expectations, ensuring the Nissan Customer Promise is reflected in both sales and service, measured by surveys.
• Ensure network retail readiness—physical and digital experience points aligned with NSSW processes, Marketing Policies, and facility representation requirements.
• Plan and deliver Retail and Wholesale Sales, Vehicle Personalization, and accessory penetration objectives.
