We are seeking a Dealer Development Representative to grow and support our dealer network within the gate automation industry. This role focuses on dealer recruitment, training, relationship management, and driving sales performance by ensuring dealers are equipped to successfully sell, install, and service automated gate systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new authorized dealers within assigned territory
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to drive sales growth
  • Conduct product, technical, and sales training (on-site and virtual)
  • Support dealers with project planning, product selection, and bid assistance
  • Monitor dealer performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist dealers with technical coordination and escalate issues as needed
