The Utility Bill Management (UBM) department provides customer support for setting and tracking energy budget as well as for managing the bill validation cycle of Accenture clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role the team member will work on Client ticketing platform & will be supporting on setting up of account, commissioning/decommissioning of sites, invoice collections, working with multiple Client/Client’s supplier’s stakeholders.
