RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the MSP team to provide timely and high-quality support for AWD configuration and other product support tasks.
- Establish and maintain operational consistency and governance around AWD support requests across multiple lines of business.
- Develop and oversee a defined pipeline of work for MSP execution, ensuring efficient task triage and completion.
- Help assist in project planning and mobilization of new workstreams from the client.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partner teams to align support processes and SLAs.
- Monitor MSP performance metrics SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to expand MSP capabilities.
