職責

1. Update and implement labor regulation and make sure that it is reflected to all of relevant HR process.
2. Maintain regulations and update them with relevant changes.
3. As major owner of HR system, support conduct the change management of new way of handling the system in the HR process with the in-depth understanding of HR policy.
4. Maintain and ensure data correct and consistent; prepare related reports.
5. Payroll service vender’s contact window, ensure monthly payroll, disbursements, social security and income tax payments are accurately and timely processed....
