Job Description

  • CI Management: Create, update, and maintain Configuration Item (CI) records in the ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Data Accuracy: Perform regular audits to ensure CMDB data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Process Documentation: Document CI-related processes, policies, and workflows to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • IT Coordination: Work with IT teams to gather information on CIs and ensure accurate representation in the CMDB.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards from the CMDB to support operational decision-making.
  • Incident & Change Support: Assist in incident and change management activities related to CIs to minimize business impact.
