Job Description

  • Operate and monitor the Distributed Control System (DCS) for polymer and yarn production processes.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of plant operations by controlling process parameters through the DCS.
  • Perform regular checks and maintain process efficiency in accordance with production targets.
  • Troubleshoot and report any abnormalities or deviations in the production process.
  • Maintain logbooks, shift records, and update operational data as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments for raw material supply, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in an 8-hour rotational shift schedule.
