Job Description
Establish warehouse quality fundamentals, and promote and manage continuous improvement initiatives related to the logistics center. Manage warehouse inventory checks, operational compliance, and other relevant work. Be responsible for quality management work at the Beijing Logistics Center, such as conducting 8D analysis on shipment defects and driving problem resolution. Implement preventive management for operational processes, including PFMEA assessment, formulation of preventive measures, and process quality acceptance. Collect customer feedback (Voice of Customer) and drive internal continuous improvement and problem-solving. 资格 Basic knowledge of relevant quality tools, such as PFMEA, 8D, Quality Fundamental, Kaizen, etc. Strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm; able to proactively lead relevant departments in quality control work and actively assist other departments in daily tasks.
