The Role

There are two roles available – one managing inbound, and one managing outbound. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will lead the inbound/outbound operations of the Drury DC, managing a team of 18 to 20 operators and two supervisors.

This is a hands‑on, execution-focused leadership role accountable for the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of inbound stock, daily output against KPIs, and continuous improvement across your team.
