Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage all financial and operational data related to DC controlling, including budgeting, KPI tracking (e.g. cost, service, sustainability), project follow-up, planning validation and quality assurance.
  • Provide financial and quantitative insights to support decision-making across departments and DC management.
  • Develop and maintain structured reporting frameworks to ensure consistent performance tracking, audit routines, and alignment with global standards.
  • Verify invoicing accuracy and monitor key cost drivers.
  • Support improvements that enhance efficiency and results.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and vendor tenders.
  • Support planning responsibilities at smaller retail DCs (size L and below).
