Job Description

Our client, a respected international brand with a strong market presence, is experiencing continued growth and seeking an up-and-coming Warehouse Manager to take ownership of their Victorian operations across 2 sites.

You'll step into a leadership position overseeing 50+ staff (including supervisors, team leaders, and agency personnel) across two internal warehouse facilities. 

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations across 2 Victorian warehouse sites
  • Manage supervisors and team leaders to ensure operational excellence
  • Lead safety and risk teams 
  • Drive consistency in processes, productivity, and performance standards
  • Engage and develop your team through strong, people-focused leadership
  • Collaborate with the National Warehouse Manager on continuous improvement initiatives
