About the Role


We are seeking a responsible IT Operation Duty Officer for our AI data center. You will undertake 5×8 hours weekday working system (no night shift, no holiday shift), responsible for real-time equipment monitoring, daily inspections, alarm disposal and preliminary fault troubleshooting. This role guarantees the stable and safe operation of AI computing infrastructure and supports continuous business operation.


Responsibilities


  • Daily Monitoring & Operation: Work on 5x8 weekday schedule, conduct real-time monitoring of air/liquid-cooled server racks, GPU devices, network links and computer room environment; respond to daily system alarms timely and complete preliminary disposal and verification.
