At least 5-7 years of working experience in the Telecommunication industry as a project manager/coordinator with technical experience in fiber optics technology.
• Experience in working and managing the delivery of different service types such as the following. o Leased Wave o Dark Fiber o IP-Out of Band o Bulk Fiber o Cross connection
• Experience in doing Circuit Testing under the following. o Dark Fiber – OTDR o Leased Wave – RFC, BERT
• Experience in managing the termination of multiple contracts related to Disconnect Requests. o Circuit information research o Knows how to read contract including the pricing and master service agreement clause o Able to connect with the Legal Team for circuit termination request o Coordinate un-patching request of fibers
• Experience and working knowledge on OSI Layer 1 (Physical) 2 (Datalink) troubleshooting (WAN point to point connection) 3 (Network Layer) 4 (Transport Layer) 5 (Session layer) 6 (Presentation Layer)...
