Roles:

•Initially focus on a subset of 1-3 modules identified by SMEs as the most installed components of a Payments project installation. •Study documentation and validate learnings by shadowing GS the installation, configuration, and customization of said modules. •Understand re-discovery client questionnaires, and how they intersect with payment modules installation activities. •Shadow Solutioning Engineers on walkthrough of questionnaires and understand the variations, exceptions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that play into configuration and customizations. •Inherit ownership of installation SOPs and build out missing SOPs or enhance as needed current SOPs. •Understand the installation and configuration tasks, and the expectations of the client to optimize end-to-end installation times. •Understand validation and testing required for signoffs on an installation. •Transition to an ability to complete project installations fr...
