Incident Management Responsibilities

Excellent Communication Skill

  • Participate in core business hours triaging for on-call incidents (including major and minor)
  • Lead NOC team on major incident issues through E2E process
  • Lead, guide, and control troubleshooting activities across multiple cross-functioning teams
  • Identify critical resources for resolution paths and managing information flow
  • Perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Review operational metrics and drive team performance
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting ensuring transparency with various stakeholders
  • Continuously improve Incident processes to drive team towards SLO goals and repeatable experiences
