• Analyzes and designs databases from business requirements • Conducts analysis on the requirements and existing system work flows and procedures.
• Documents the detailed systems design specifications.

• Monitor database performance and suggest better solutions to the developer

• Archive and backup data

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a database administrator.
• Proficiency in data manipulation languages, including MySQL, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience in user requirements gathering, analysis and design by creating software specification documents.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in project team management.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Good communication and relationship, good team working.
