Dayforce Solution Architect

BDO Digital is currently seeking an experienced Dayforce Solution Architect to join our growing practice. This role is a replacement hire and the individual will own the following responsibilities:

• Own the architecture of Dayforce solutions and lead other team members in design, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion, and integration.
• Work with implementation teams during delivery to ensure the overall solution architecture is sound and meets the requirements and expectations set during the selection process.
• Drive project initiatives by collaborating with the delivery team to ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Help set the direction for the practice and mentor fellow consultants.
• Document knowledge and conduct internal and external knowledge transfer.
• Support client testing and QA activities.
