• Lead Dayforce solution architecture and guide team members in design, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion, and integration.
• Ensure the overall solution architecture is sound at the delivery stage and meets requirements and expectations.
• Drive project initiatives: collaborate with the delivery team to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Set direction for the practice and mentor fellow consultants.
• Document knowledge and facilitate internal and external knowledge transfer.
