HRIS Analyst - Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize our HR technology systems. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, managing configurations, supporting integrations, and providing technical guidance to HR and cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Dayforce, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to improve HR processes through system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and technical point of contact for Dayforce configuration changes and updates
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate HR technology issues as needed
• Maintain data integrity across HCM systems and monitor all inbound and outbound integrations
