Daycare Director

We are seeking a daycare director for Touhula Hiekkaharju, an active and warm-hearted daycare with six groups, where physical activity is an essential part of every day. In this role, you will not only manage daily operations – you will build and develop a physical activity culture that benefits children's well-being, learning, and the entire work community. At Touhula Hiekkaharju, movement is a common thread throughout pedagogical activities: we systematically implement movement pedagogy in daily routines.

Children can participate in activities such as TouhuLoiskin swimming club. We actively collaborate with local sports clubs. Movement takes place both indoors and outdoors – in play, learning, and social activities. The work of a daycare director requires a self‑directed and responsible approach.
