**What You'll Do:**

✅ MIG & Flux-Core Structural Welding

✅ Read Blueprints & Tape Measures

✅ Weld in Vertical, Horizontal & Overhead Positions

✅ Grind & Finish Welds to Quality Standards

**What We're Looking For:**

✔ MIG Welding Experience

✔ Ability to Pass a 3G Weld Test

✔ Blueprint Reading Skills

✔ Structural Welding Experience Preferred
