Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based in Donabate.


Our Client requires a Day Shift Transport Clerk to join their team, supporting the day-to-day transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assign drivers, vehicles, and paperwork
  • Check driver tacho and working hours
  • Verify return documentation
  • Follow up on delivery issues
  • Manage vehicle keys and bay assignments
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as required

    • Key Requirements:


  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ideally previous transport office experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

    • Pay:


  • Day clerk duties – €17.05 per hour

    • Shift Times:


  • Day shift – 07:00 - 19:00
