About The Role
ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is looking for a self-driven individual to join our Newcastle branch as an Day Shift Supervisor.
Our Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the safety and day-to-day manufacturing and logistics of the shift. You will be coordinating the operational activities of the shift including management of production staff, including employee performance and safe operations, quality of work and implementation of improvement processes.

The hours for this role are 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
