The Supply Chain Quality Assurance Team Member is primarily responsible for supporting operations. This role is responsible for store replenishment, auditing, customer fulfillment, research, load planning, allocation, and delivery management. This role is the Warehouse Management System (WMS) technical lead. The Supply Chain Quality Assurance Team Member ensures the correct quantity and quality of product gets to the customer by monitoring the products and the accuracy of the facility’s processes. In addition, this role creates and monitors the facility shrink budget, cataloging gains and losses. This role also organizes an inventory cycle count bi-annually for the facility. The Supply Chain Quality Assurance Team Member is responsible for other duties as assigned by the operations leadership team.
