Food Manufacturing Operative - Fixed Shifts

Location: Lurgan Craigavon Area
Client: Avondale (via Staffline Recruitment)
Pay:

  • Day Shift: £ per hour | Sunday to Thursday, Tuesday to Saturday or Weekends Starts at 7:00am or 8:00am (finish time varies)

    • Join the Avondale team as an Operative within their fast-paced food production environment. This is a hands-on role requiring previous factory experience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

    Job Overview:

  • Preparing and mixing ingredients according to production schedules
  • Packing products on the lines
  • Setting up and monitoring mixers and related equipment
  • Reporting faults or inconsistencies to the relevant department
  • Ensuring hygiene, safety, and production standards are met
  • Collaborating with team members across shifts to ensure workflow continuity
