Drive excellence in production as a Day Shift Manufacturing Supervisor at KDC/ONE. Oversee the transformation of raw materials into high-quality beauty products while ensuring safety and efficiency on the production floor.
In this critical role, you will report to the Manufacturing Manager and supervise the team involved in producing creams, deodorants, and shampoos. Your leadership will focus on meeting production targets, applying health and safety standards, and fostering a collaborative work culture. By training and supporting your team, you will enhance their skills and ensure optimal process efficiency.
