• Implement and maintain a comprehensive system for administering Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Individual Care Plans (ICPs), attendance records, training programs, and other administrative tasks.
• Design and lead therapeutic and training activities that are tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of our clients.
• Develop and manage an inventory of training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily available.
• Provide attentive supervision to clients during indoor and outdoor activities, prioritizing their safety and overall welfare.
