Statement of Work

Services:

  • Deploy and install hardware into the two local datacenters in the National Capital Region.
  • Coordinate with Service Providers for non-local datacenters.
  • Under the direction of the Senior resources, troubleshoot hardware installation issues.
  • Respond to project and operation demands received via the trouble ticketing tool.
  • Deploy network cabling (copper and fiber).
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all deployed IT assets and of the DCIM tool.
  • Replace failed hardware components on systems (, RAM, Hard Drives, cables, power supply, PDU’s, etc.).
  • Coordinate Return Merchandise Authorizations with manufacturers.
  • Validate completed onsite third-party support work against the agreed-upon scope, reporting any variances or concerns to their manager.
  • Ability to travel to remote sites periodically.
