Datacenter Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on building plant, equipment, and systems in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate and prioritise shift activities to ensure operational continuity.
• Respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms and perform emergency repairs as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all planned and reactive works, ensuring timely updates in the Concept system.
• Produce detailed shift reports and ensure comprehensive handovers between shifts.
• Issue and manage Permit to Work (PTW) and Authorisation to Work (ATW) processes.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with RAMS, QHSE standards, and site procedures.
• Ensure availability of appropriate spare parts and materials for maintenance tasks.
