Datacenter Operations Technician / Analyst

Genesis 10 is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician/Analyst. This is a 6-month on-site contract position with a client located in Crafton, PA.


Compensation: $20.00 - 30.00/hour based on level of experience 



Job Description:

We are seeking multiple Data Center Operations Analysts to support one of our Enterprise client's Data Center Operations. This role provides critical monitoring and maintenance of physical and network environments in a 24/7/365 setting. Candidates should be self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.



Responsibilities:

Monitor physical and environmental conditions of the data center

Oversee server systems, network devices, and infrastructure health

Perform walkthroughs and routine systems maintenance

Use monitoring tools (SolarWinds, OP5, Datadog, Grafana) to detect and respond to alarms
