Data Centre Operations Manager
We are supporting a global data centre operator with a growing presence in the Nordic region, currently seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Manager to take full responsibility for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of its Finnish facilities JD- DC Operation Manager
This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for 24/7 operations, team performance, regulatory compliance, customer service and operational optimisation, leveraging Finland's favourable climate and energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of data centre operations, including electrical, mechanical and IT systems
Define and deliver operational KPIs covering availability, PUE, failure rates and customer satisfaction
Lead, develop and retain local operations teams in line with Finnish labour regulations
Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, incident response and emergency planning
