Role Overview We are hiring a Database Migration Engineer to lead end-to-end database migrations — with strong emphasis on migration design, strategy, and architecture. You will define optimal approaches (lift-and-shift, refactor, heterogeneous), architect zero-downtime solutions, select tools, and execute complex migrations (on-prem → cloud, cross-cloud, Oracle → Postgre SQL/Snowflake, etc.) while ensuring data integrity, performance, security, compliance, and minimal business disruption. This senior role combines deep technical leadership in migration design with hands-on execution for high-impact transformation programs.
