Oracle and MS-SQL

Exp on Telecom or BFSI companies is preferred

    Collaborate with multiple Database (SQL and Oracle ) teams to understand project requirements , ensure alignment with business objectives and handle delivery related issues.

·       Ensuring SLA adherence for all the technical deliverables

·       Provide expert guidance to teams on best practices implementation

·       Identifying the service improvement areas and guide the teams to implement then in the client environment.

·       Database performance tuning and performance improvement plan preparation and implementation

·       Make sure the high availability of DB
