Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Database Administrator to design, build, and maintain a structured database of real estate building addresses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an organized, accurate, and scalable system for storing property address data, ensuring consistency, reliability, and ease of access.
This role may involve building the database in platforms such as Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar data management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and structure a centralized database for real estate building addresses
- Create standardized formats for address entry (street, city, state, ZIP/postal code, country, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Remove duplicates and clean existing data
- Implement data validation rules and quality control processes
- Organize properties by categories (region, property type, ownership, status, etc.)
