Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Customer Care Specialists/Customer Care Associates and Field Service Engineers on back-up and recovery for databases and replication servers;
  • Perform back-up and recovery for databases and replication servers;
  • Design and load schedules and automated processes for servers;
  • Meet service commitments and assigned deliverables based on service level agreement;
  • Participate in production verification activities and developing user interface strategy;
