Job Description

Job Purpose

(DBA) is responsible for managing, maintaining, securing, and optimizing enterprise database environments across cloud, on-premises and hybrid infrastructures. The role ensures high availability, performance tuning, backup and recovery, database security, patch management, capacity planning, and operational excellence for mission-critical business applications. The DBA will work closely with application, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to deliver resilient and scalable database services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cloud Database Management

    • Manage cloud-native databases on L & T Vyoma environments.

    Support migration of on-premises databases to cloud platforms.

    Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices for database deployments.

    Optimize cloud database costs and performance.
