Description GSPANN is hiring a Database Administrator to manage and optimize enterprise databases across cloud and hybrid environments. The role focuses on administering Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Snowflake platforms, ensuring performance, availability, security, and cost efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Oracle, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Snowflake database platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Provision, configure, patch, upgrade, and decommission databases throughout their lifecycle.
  • Monitor database performance, storage utilization, replication health, and cloud cost consumption.
  • Execute Data Definition Language (DDL), Data Manipulation Language (DML), and Data Control Language (DCL) changes to support application releases and enterprise data platforms.
