Database Administrator – Ms Sql Server (Polanco)

The RoleAs a Database Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll be responsible for the administration, operation, and support of relational and non‐relational database environments, primarily Microsoft SQL Server.
In this role, you ensure database availability, performance, security, and reliability while supporting mission‐critical production systems under defined SLAs.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and operate MS SQL Server databases, ensuring availability, performance, and stability.Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade database engines following operational standards.Monitor environments, analyze alerts, and troubleshoot incidents in critical production systems.Manage backup, recovery, high‐availability solutions, and capacity planning.Optimize queries, support applications, and maintain technical documentation and standards.Who You AreYou're good at what you do and bring hands‐on experience supporting database environments in production.
