Job Description

  • Database environment planning, implementation, testing, maintenance & support for in -house database
  • Provide speedy resolution or escalation of operational incident/problem
  • Setup database engine for development, testing & production environment
  • Perform database monitoring activities to prevent incidents and maximize database availability
  • Support day -to -day database activities.
  • Develop scripts for database task scheduling, monitoring and maintenance
  • Pro -actively tune the performance of database (Table Structure / Index)
  • Draft Weekly report of DB status for analyzing and forecasting usage (eg: Table space, Diskspace, and Table Rows.)
  • Monitoring through OEM 12c cloud
  • Database Backup and restore
