Job Description:
Responsibilities
Coordinate the activities of the monthly payroll accounts closure on a timely manner and make sure the payroll accounting files are posted as scheduled.
Support country offices in the reconciliation of payroll-related general ledger accounts.
Act as point of contact for matters related to payroll accounting queries in coordination with the relevant payroll operational desks.
Coordinate with the FAD to ensure correct mapping of payroll elements to the general ledger.
Monitor clearing of internal payroll suspense accounts (salary hold, salary advance, administrative salary advance, et. al.) in coordination with relevant units.
Liaise with the PULSE Team and make sure that staff salary expense accounts are posted correctly and completely; and reconciling with PPM.
Liaise with Treasury to make sure that the correct source banks are accurately mapped and updated in the payroll .
